Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Work directly in clinics to assist with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.
• Engage with patients in person to review care plans, answer questions, and ensure health goal adherence.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and the Medsien care management team.
• Assist clinic staff with program enrollments, patient follow-ups, and ongoing care monitoring.
• Support physicians by preparing relevant health data for patient visits.
• Collaborate with the care management team to streamline delivery and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in care or chronic disease management.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Ability to travel to various clinic locations within the Detroit, MI area.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located near the Detroit, MI area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Arabic is strongly preferred.
