Medical Assistant (MA) - Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications, and reason for office visits
• Perform basic clinical tasks including blood pressure, height, and weight measurements
• Provide phlebotomy and injections as required
• Offer front office support and administrative assistance as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• One year of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA)
• Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program
• Previous experience working in a medical office or related field
