Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with medical consultations and examinations
• Plan appointments and coordinate consultation schedules
• Handle administrative tasks, patient management, and outpatient billing
• Perform complete and careful patient-related performance documentation
• Manage correspondence with patients and service providers, including prescriptions and certificates
• Manage files, telephone, and email communications
• Assist with pulmonary functional and X-ray diagnostics

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (Medizinische Fachangestellte)
• Ideally experience in administrative intake of outpatient patients
• Good IT skills
• Responsible, structured personality with initiative and commitment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Confident, friendly demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills
