Responsibilities

• Manage reception, including registration, appointment scheduling, and telephone handling
• Oversee practice organization
• Maintain patient data and archives
• Handle billing of service codes

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Proficient in IT, PC, and practice management software
• Reliable, independent, flexible, and committed
• Strong communication skills and social competence
• Ability to provide empathetic support to patients
• Availability to work in the afternoons
