Medical Assistant & Family Advocate

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home settings, including taking vital signs, collecting lab specimens, and administering medications.
• Complete accurate EMR documentation and assist with administrative workflows such as patient registration and prior authorizations.
• Act as a family advocate by providing navigation support and education regarding health and social care services.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience with 1 year of vital signs, phlebotomy, and EMR systems experience.
• Active BLS certification and a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
