Responsibilities

• Consulting: Reception, advice, and support for check-up clients
• Organization: Coordination and scheduling of appointments
• Support: Performing ECG, ergometry, lung function tests, blood pressure measurements, and blood draws
• Assistance: Preparation and follow-up of examinations and physician assistance
• Administration: Material management, ordering, and file preparation for billing
• Communication: Handling telephone and email correspondence

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Empathy and strong communication skills
• Diligence, sense of responsibility, and resilience
• Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of spelling, grammar, and English
