Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the organization of the spinal surgery and orthopedics secretariats
• Proactively assist the chief physician in daily operative business
• Manage patient outpatient clinics, inpatient admissions, and both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Communicate and plan procedures with international patients and prepare final billing including cost estimates
• Professional telephone and electronic communication with internal and external interfaces
• General secretarial tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• Professional experience in a secretariat and knowledge of medical terminology
• Friendly, confident demeanor and good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
