About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in office procedures for Reproductive Medicine, including hysteroscopy, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers
- Support Urology infertility procedures
- Perform phlebotomy duties
- Manage equipment sterilization, inventory supply ordering, and stocking
- Assist with clinical compliance requirements
- Support various clinic functions through cross-training
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and positioning patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program, current enrollment in a healthcare professional program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (1-3 years)
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care, and basic medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as an EMT, CNA, or Medical Assistant (MA)
- Recent experience in an outpatient setting
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge and experience with MiChart Ambulatory Care
