About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in office procedures for Reproductive Medicine, including hysteroscopy, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers
  • Support Urology infertility procedures
  • Perform phlebotomy duties
  • Manage equipment sterilization, inventory supply ordering, and stocking
  • Assist with clinical compliance requirements
  • Support various clinic functions through cross-training
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and positioning patients

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, current enrollment in a healthcare professional program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (1-3 years)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care, and basic medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification as an EMT, CNA, or Medical Assistant (MA)
  • Recent experience in an outpatient setting
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with MiChart Ambulatory Care
