Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for patients
• Coordinate patient movement within the department
• Provide care for patients before, during, and after examinations
• Organize and independently perform X-ray and CT scans using Siemens equipment
• Support colleagues with examinations and patient positioning
• Apply common diagnostic imaging techniques, particularly in orthopedic radiology
• Handle administrative tasks including patient registration and data entry
• Manage correspondence with interfaces and handle ordering processes
• Support department management

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA)
• X-ray certificate or radiation protection course preferred (willingness to obtain at company expense)
• Knowledge of conventional X-ray and experience operating X-ray equipment is an advantage
