Medical Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the design and implementation of medical affairs programs, including identifying critical paths and project tracking.
• Oversee budget development, tracking, and contract negotiation for medical affairs initiatives.
• Implement clinical trial plans, including protocol development, staffing, and budgeting.
• Manage publication planning, preparation, and review processes.
• Execute drug surveillance and product safety programs, including following up on adverse reaction reports.
• Manage the creation and review of educational, promotional, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor activities and manage direct reports to ensure accountability and high ethical standards.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to support product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical affairs program design and implementation.
• Expertise in budget development, tracking, and vendor management.
• Experience with clinical trial implementation and protocol management.
• Strong background in publication planning and management.
• Knowledge of drug surveillance and product safety execution.
• Ability to ensure compliance with applicable guidelines, regulations, and company procedures.
