Medical Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement the China annual medical plan to deliver objectives and KPIs for the Wellness division.
• Drive medical communication and strategies for data, evidence, and new claims generation.
• Act as the medical lead for hospital and pharmacy channels, managing execution timelines and budgets.
• Conduct medical assessments regarding the efficacy and safety of formulas and active ingredients.
• Lead external scientific engagement with Key External Experts (KEEs), Health Authorities, and Healthcare Organizations.
• Serve as a company speaker for consumer and HCP education at academic conferences, public events, and livestreams.
• Develop medical statements and dossiers to address inquiries, challenges, or consumer complaints.
• Provide medical input for promotional material reviews, data collection, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, or Food Nutrition.
• 2-3 years of Medical Affairs industry experience in a commercial environment.
• Proven experience in osteoporosis or endocrinology, including IIT/ISS experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to thrive in an empowered, agile organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical qualification (MD or equivalent) or a Ph.D. degree.
• 1-2 years of multi-disciplinary experience in R&D, Innovation, Regulatory, or Project Management.
