Medical Affairs Assoc I

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of medical initiatives, including scientific meetings, advisory boards, and internal trainings
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Ensure all medical activities comply with internal policies and local regulations in China
• Support approval workflows, including system submissions and documentation preparation
• Assist with budget planning, tracking, and execution of payment processes
• Coordinate with external vendors, tracking contract execution and service delivery
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Managers to support the localization of global and regional initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in China
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business systems
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Project Management
