About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of medical initiatives, including scientific meetings, advisory boards, and internal trainings
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Ensure all medical activities comply with internal policies and local regulations in China
- Support approval workflows, including system submissions and documentation preparation
- Assist with budget planning, tracking, and execution of payment processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, tracking contract execution and service delivery
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and Medical Managers to support the localization of global and regional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in China
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business systems
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, or Project Management
