About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders within an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused messaging and drive brand share.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve product revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and other healthcare providers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Reimbursement and Access Specialists, to address customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Rare Neurology account team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
  • Extensive experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in academic hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets and successful product launches.
  • Strong account management skills with analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
  • Direct experience with product launches in the neurology therapeutic area.
