About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders within an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused messaging and drive brand share.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share and achieve product revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and other healthcare providers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Reimbursement and Access Specialists, to address customer needs and market dynamics.
- Conduct market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Rare Neurology account team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
- Proven experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in academic hospitals, large group practices, or managed care organizations.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of success in complex markets.
- Deep understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
- Experience with product launches.
