About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders across diverse care settings, including academic centers, large group practices, and IDNs.
- Deliver clinically focused messaging to launch products, grow brand share, and achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share within the assigned geography.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Reimbursement and Access Specialists, to address customer needs and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups.
- Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
- Proven experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in academic hospitals or large group practices.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of success in complex markets.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of integrity within strict compliance guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
- Previous experience with successful product launches.
