Medical Account Specialist II - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders across diverse care settings, including academic centers, large group practices, and IDNs.
• Deliver clinically focused messaging to launch products, grow brand share, and achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share within the assigned geography.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Reimbursement and Access Specialists, to address customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups.
• Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
• Proven experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in academic hospitals or large group practices.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of success in complex markets.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of integrity within strict compliance guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
• Previous experience with successful product launches.
