About the role

Responsibilities

  • Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders across diverse care settings, including academic centers, large group practices, and IDNs.
  • Deliver clinically focused messaging to drive brand share, revenue, and product goals within the Rare Neurology therapeutic area.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and territory plans to expand market share.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Reimbursement and Access Specialists and Clinical Nurse Educators, to address customer needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Conduct market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
  • Proven experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers.
  • Experience working within large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic account management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical product launches.
