Medical Account Specialist II - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Engage Rare Neurology experts and key stakeholders to deliver clinically focused messaging and drive brand share and revenue.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market share within assigned geographies, including academic centers and large group practices.
• Build strong working relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and internal cross-functional partners.
• Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and coordinate efforts with the Rare Neurology account team to support contracting pull-through.
• Participate in industry congresses, regional meetings, and other professional events to support sales success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales.
• Proven experience with specialty, biologic, or REMS products.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers.
• Experience working within large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations.
• Demonstrated track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets.
• Strong account management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
