About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary media point of contact and owner of integrated media strategy, channel planning, and campaign execution.
- Develop data-informed media strategies grounded in audience, channel, and marketplace insights to drive business outcomes.
- Define clear media strategy briefs, including campaign parameters, audience strategies, and testing agendas.
- Leverage analytics, measurement models, and programmatic buying to optimize media performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, and agency teams to deliver high-impact work.
- Manage multiple media workstreams and the finance process, including agency investment tracking and invoices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in media planning or managing large-scale consumer campaigns.
- Experience creating compelling executive-level communications and presenting to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel media strategies.
- Meta Blueprint certification in digital planning skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing media agency resources.
- Strong proficiency in using media measurement and analytics to drive actionable recommendations.
- Ability to operate effectively in deadline-sensitive and ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with creative teams to align creative and media strategies.
- Experience collaborating with data science teams on advanced testing frameworks and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic media buys and audience segmentation.
- Experience integrating emerging AI and machine learning technologies across the media lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
