Media Strategist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the new business development team to develop customized media strategies aligned with potential clients' advertising goals.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and the competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute multi-channel media plans across traditional and digital platforms based on campaign goals and budgets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including impressions, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, to provide optimization insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates and contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and present media plans, reports, and performance analyses as part of new business pitches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative media solutions into client proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning and buying.
• Expertise in digital media channels including display, video, social media, search, and programmatic advertising.
• Proficiency in media planning tools such as Nielsen, ComScore, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) within an agency setting.
