Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
• Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPQ, and demo rates
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
• Work with creative and content teams to refresh ad creative
• Maintain reporting dashboards and deliver performance recaps to leadership
• Manage attribution integrity using UTMs, hidden form fields, and CRM handoffs
• Utilize AI tools and automation for creative production and campaign analysis
• Coordinate with call center and sales operations to track downstream revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, or both)
• Tactical proficiency in Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets between $25K and $100K+
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for workflow optimization
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-region or multi-location advertising at scale
• Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools
• Comfort with light scripting or no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Background in growth marketing, RevOps, or marketing analytics
