Media Sales

Responsibilities

• Act as a sales hunter to prospect new leads and generate revenue through advertising products and services
• Manage and grow relationships with media planners across various agencies
• Apply a metrics-focused approach to business planning and sales execution
• Drive the implementation of client briefs and concepts in collaboration with internal teams
• Multitask and balance the needs of multiple brands and internal departments
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in company products and digital advertising services

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• For Representative roles: Minimum of 2 years of experience in adtech sales or similar industry sales
• For Manager roles: Minimum of 4 years of experience in adtech sales with established agency connections
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong numerical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
