About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce revenue across all available platforms, including Radio and Digital/OTT
- Prospect, contact, and present multi-platform marketing solutions to new businesses
- Develop new revenue through local business development and strategic partnerships
- Manage an active account and client list in a job share capacity
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver sales proposals consistent with station strategies
- Achieve individual sales goals while collaborating closely with a job share partner
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in media or digital sales, or a similar sales field
- Proven experience in new business development and selling to business owners
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a job share environment
- Experience using qualitative research to drive sales efforts
- A team-player mindset with accountability in a goal-structured organization
