About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-value portfolio of agencies and clients to solve growth needs through advanced, data-driven advertising solutions.
  • Exceed budgeted revenue goals and activity targets through proactive account management and strategic outreach.
  • Expand market share within the New York territory by cultivating consultative relationships with major advertising agencies.
  • Lead the adoption of HH Addressable TV and Programmatic solutions to position the brand as a leader in digital convergence.
  • Apply AI tools for client prospecting, brand research, and sales workflow efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, product, and finance teams to deploy complex media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or 9–11 years of Agency experience.
  • Professional expertise in the Data-Driven TV ecosystem, specifically HH Addressable, OTT, and Programmatic Video sales.
  • Proficiency with corporate presentation and pitch tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex media value propositions in high-stakes settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale agency portfolios and surpassing high-growth sales benchmarks.
  • Ability to leverage AI applications to enhance sales efficiency and research.
  • Strong collaboration and decision-making skills for representing the brand at major industry events.
