Media Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute paid media strategies focused on driving e-commerce sales.
• Implement and measure e-commerce campaigns across ERetail platforms including Mercado Libre, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart, Walmart Connect, Didi, Rappi, and Uber Eats.
• Analyze and monitor performance metrics, specifically focusing on sales and ROAS.
• Create and present direct campaign reports to clients.
• Constantly optimize ERetail campaigns, with a primary focus on Sponsored Ads and DSP.

Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in similar roles within digital advertising agencies, media, or client-side performance teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency, specifically for reporting purposes.
• Strong knowledge of DSP and SP platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre).
• Deep understanding of digital KPIs including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPVR, NTB, ROAS, and ACOS.
• High level of analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce keyword planners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in various eRetail platforms.
• Solid experience in media planning specifically focused on e-commerce performance.
