Media Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and management of end-to-end media processes to ensure standardized workflows and scalability across all channels.
• Partner with Ad Operations to oversee taxonomy development, trafficking execution, and pixel tracking for accurate campaign measurement.
• Manage holistic media budget tracking, including pacing, actuals, accruals, and budget revisions in partnership with Marketing Ops.
• Maintain media operating procedures, playbooks, and brand safety trackers to ensure compliance with data privacy and platform policies.
• Drive operational alignment by coordinating key media meetings and managing stakeholder follow-through.
• Advance operational capabilities by implementing AI-driven workflows and automation for budget allocation and reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in media operations or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Advertising.
• Professional experience in a media agency or a dedicated media role.
• Experience with social marketing, SEO, and multi-channel campaign management.
• Prior experience in the digital or social agency space.
• Knowledge of the automotive or financial services industries.
