Media Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stone availability meets operational targets
• Calculate daily operational capacity and arrange stone shipments from suppliers
• Verify that all stones are properly listed on the platform via FTP, direct upload, or API before processing
• Ensure newly manufactured stones have completed certification and platform listings
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stone movements
• Conduct thorough inward checks for every packet to identify missing stones or count mismatches
• Share detailed stone lists with Team Leads for operational planning
• Manage acknowledgement receipts and documentation for suppliers
• Collaborate with Team Leads to plan weekly workflows and stone requirements
• Keep suppliers informed regarding process changes and updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and operational tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operations, supply chain coordination, or media operations
• Experience within the diamond, jewelry, or gemstone industry
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and logistics coordination systems
