Media Marketing and Office Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support digital and streaming ad sales efforts, including proposal development and media plans
• Coordinate campaign trafficking, creative asset delivery, and performance tracking
• Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Track campaign performance and prepare reporting and insights
• Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the NYC office and manage supplies
• Plan and execute internal events, including holiday parties and team gatherings
• Provide administrative support to NYC leadership, including travel booking and expense reports
• Coordinate with building management and facilities for operational needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets required)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with digital media, streaming platforms, or advertising concepts
• Ability to build polished presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides
