Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, building trust and ensuring fluid communication with LATAM teams
• Develop and present macro strategic media planning, defining objectives, KPIs, and budgets for branding and performance
• Maintain constant contact with media vehicles and partners to identify opportunities and negotiate improvements
• Control budget and forecasting to ensure account financial health
• Identify and propose new business opportunities alongside the Account Director
• Manage and develop the team (supervisors, analysts) through feedback and career development plans
• Supervise daily execution processes to ensure quality, deadlines, and workload management
• Serve as the main point of contact for horizontal agency teams (Finance, Operations, Talent, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and/or media management in an agency setting with global accounts
• Advanced/fluent Spanish (mandatory for contact with Mexico and LATAM teams)
• Advanced English
• Deep knowledge of digital media, including Branding and Performance campaigns
• Solid knowledge of retail media strategies and platforms like Amazon Ads
• Experience with media planning and research tools (e.g., Kantar IBOPE Media, comScore)
• Proven experience in people management and development
• Strong strategic business vision and account planning capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

• Relevant experience in the beauty, retail, or e-commerce industries
