Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital media strategy and campaign execution to deliver high-impact marketing efforts
• Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns from planning to performance analysis
• Mentor a team of digital media professionals and provide guidance for growth
• Drive audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and media buying optimization
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and publishers
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide executive-level data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Analytics to ensure data integrity via Alli dashboards
• Utilize AI, automation, and technology to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital media strategy, campaign management, or media buying
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Expertise in executing integrated media strategies across digital channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in performance reporting
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and creative teams
• Experience managing external vendor and publisher relationships
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
