About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, defend, and supervise on and offline media strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Translate briefings into multi-channel tactical media plans considering segmentation and consumer journeys
- Supervise technical implementation in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and programmatic media
- Manage media budgets strategically to ensure investment efficiency and result optimization
- Lead the media team, defining roles, responsibilities, and individual development plans
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights
- Manage relationships with clients, media vendors, and tech partners
- Ensure financial control and execution of the learning agenda
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in media
- Solid knowledge of media concepts and the Brazilian local market
- Experience with digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DV360
- Proficiency with media tools such as Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI
- Knowledge of planning, buying, and compensation for broadcast TV
- Intermediate to advanced English for reports and meetings
- Experience in people management and team development
- Knowledge of AD or VBS
