Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of full-funnel media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Oversee end-to-end campaign implementation across digital and offline channels
• Evaluate and optimize media plans through continuous performance tracking, data analysis, and post-campaign assessments
• Drive digital excellence across platforms including paid social, programmatic, search, and e-commerce media
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless integration of media activities
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency
• Recommend "Test & Learn" approaches to improve channel diversity and quality
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in media planning and buying
• Mandatory experience working within a Media Agency
• Proven experience managing multi-market or regional campaigns (MEA or similar regions)
• Strong expertise in digital media channels and full-funnel marketing
• Experience with campaign measurement, attribution models, and media effectiveness frameworks
• Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform and Meta
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the CPG or FMCG sector
• Digital Channel Certifications
• Experience in D-commerce and retail media
