Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-lead media strategy for Brazil, managing brand and market combinations through strategic implementation and digital transformation.
• Implement value-added strategies from digital negotiations with key vendors such as Google and Facebook.
• Drive and execute the testing and learning agenda aligned with global media objectives and LATAM marketing goals.
• Co-lead the connection planning process for key brand and market combinations alongside LATAM media leadership.
• Implement full-funnel audience strategies and optimize performance across the LATAM region.
• Drive media innovation by leveraging vendor capabilities and brand needs, including sponsorships and special TV actions.
• Collaborate with Insights and Analytics teams to translate data from Brand Lifts and MMMs into actionable media insights.
• Create quarterly performance reports for key brand/market combinations to present to Marketing Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or media, preferably within the FMCG sector or a media agency.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share recommendations with internal stakeholders.
