Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Co-lead media strategy and campaign implementation for assigned brand market combinations in the South Cone region (Argentina & Chile).
• Implement added value from digital negotiations with key vendors such as Google and Facebook.
• Drive and implement the "test & learn" agenda aligned with global and regional business objectives.
• Lead the Connections Planning process in collaboration with the Latam Media Manager.
• Implement full-funnel audience strategies and optimize performance across LATAM.
• Drive media innovation by leveraging vendor capabilities, including sponsorships and special TV actions.
• Partner with Insights and Analytics teams to create actionable insights from data sources like Brand Lifts and MMMs.
• Create and present quarterly performance reports to Marketing Directors to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in marketing or media, specifically within the FMCG industry or an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
