About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-lead media strategy and campaign implementation for key brand market combinations in the South Cone region.
- Implement digital negotiations and added values with key vendors such as Google and Facebook.
- Drive the test & learn agenda to align with global vision and regional business objectives.
- Lead the Connections Planning process in collaboration with the Latam Media Manager.
- Implement full-funnel audience strategies and optimize performance across LATAM.
- Drive media innovation through sponsorships and special TV actions, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, and Analytics.
- Utilize data from Insights and Analytics (Brand Lifts, MMMs) to create actionable insights.
- Create and present quarterly performance reports to Marketing Directors to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing or media within the FMCG industry or an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
