About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and run media plans for global events to hit ticket and ROI targets
- Source and grow high-value partnerships with media outlets and event-friendly channels
- Own activations end-to-end, including negotiating commercials and overseeing technical integrations
- Manage budgets with rigorous pacing and ROI discipline
- Develop playbooks for localization and rapid geo-expansion
- Build reporting dashboards tying media spend to attendance and revenue lift
- Project manage multiple concurrent events for on-time delivery
Requirements
- 8+ years in traditional media (OOH, TV, Radio)
- Experience with event or time-bound campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Proven media planning and buying expertise across non-Meta/Google channels
- Strong English fluency; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese) are a plus
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines
