Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimize existing media-outlet relationships and long-term partnerships
• Execute media strategies, research opportunities, and present findings to partners
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within the media market
• Manage new activations from commercial negotiations to technical integrations
• Maintain accurate control of budget spend to ensure positive ROI
• Analyze external media needs and develop strategic models and reports
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in traditional media (TV, radio, and OOH)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in media planning and buying
• Understanding of alternative marketing and media options
• Proactive, ambitious, and solution-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Portuguese)
• Experience in affiliate marketing
