Media Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming media according to workorder specifications and established SOPs
• Maintain accurate accounting of media and workflow steps within the Films Footage Tracker
• Organize footage within the storage environment
• Use CatDV to input metadata and submit files into the Vantage transcoder
• Screen capture streaming media and social media clips
• Perform quality control on all media
• Maintain communication with media coordinators, producers, editors, and project managers
• Provide technical support for media needs across outside departments

Requirements

• Professional media experience through internship, PA, or previous employment
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid Media Composer, Avid Interplay, Final Cut Pro, and CatDV

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
