Media Investment and Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead media investment across biddable platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Google Ads, and DV360
• Partner with Strategy and Client Leadership teams to develop audience targeting, investment recommendations, and measurement
• Oversee campaign execution, trafficking, QA, platform administration, optimization, and reporting
• Monitor campaign health and translate results into actionable recommendations
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, reconciliations, and delivery accountability
• Coach and develop a team of campaign managers and analysts
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Client Leadership teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in media investment, paid social, analytics, or performance marketing
• Deep hands-on expertise managing and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Strong working knowledge of ad servers, tagging, measurement frameworks, and reporting tools
• Experience building dashboards and translating data into business recommendations
• Proven success managing vendor relationships and budgets
• Experience improving processes and scaling operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with search, programmatic, video, and CTV
