Media Intern

Responsibilities

• Follow up on commitment dates and deliverables from media agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Perform initial reviews of reports and analyses, validating data consistency, formats, and requirements.
• Support monthly budget closing processes by validating information and documentation.
• Coordinate agendas and training sessions with brand teams.
• Participate in the control and organization of departmental projects, reports, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Data Science, Analytics, or related fields.
• Expected graduation date of June 2027 or later.
• Availability to work 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday) for a period of 1 year.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic interpretation of media reports and familiarity with Outlook and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
