About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end media measurement framework, ensuring decisions are grounded in consistent methodology across strategic and tactical layers.
  • Lead the relationship with the in-house MMM team, translating model outputs into clear investment recommendations for Media and Finance.
  • Define the brand and commercial KPI hierarchy and set principles for triangulating between MMM, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Oversee the omnichannel experimentation programme, including geo tests, incrementality studies, and conversion/brand lift research.
  • Develop actionable insights regarding long-term brand equity and short-term revenue to inform media planning and channel strategy.
  • Partner with Media Operations and IT to set requirements for tagging, conversion tracking, and data warehouse provisioning.
  • Manage and mentor the Media Insights Analyst and develop analytics capability across the wider Media team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing measurement, media analytics, or marketing science at a brand, agency, or consultancy.
  • Hands-on SQL and Python skills with comfort working directly with data platforms and warehouses.
  • Proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), either as a builder or a sophisticated consumer of models.
  • Strong expertise in digital attribution methodology and its application within a multi-channel environment.
  • Experience designing and executing marketing experiments (e.g., geo tests, incrementality) with statistical rigour.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.
  • Experience in team management and developing analytics talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience activating measurement across multiple international markets (EMEA, US, APAC).
