Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of campaigns across multiple channels to ensure optimum budget pacing and delivery
• Collaborate on seamless setup and execution of organic and paid media campaigns across ad platforms
• Analyse media campaigns and monitor success using various tools and platforms
• Optimise campaign performance through data analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Work with the data team to validate report quality and integrity
• Assist in preparing client presentations, campaign proposals, and research decks
• Coordinate with external media vendors to negotiate rates and secure ad placements
• Maintain regular communication with the media team regarding campaign performance and irregularities

Requirements

• Experience managing and optimizing social and digital media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Little Redbook, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DV360)
• Experience with data management for analytics and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and proposals
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in geo-politics
