About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage on/off media buying for planned campaigns, including grid reviews and material delivery.
- Monitor campaign implementation and track ODC (Order Delivery Confirmation) status.
- Track media performance against planned KPIs in collaboration with specialists and generate actionable insights.
- Oversee the billing process by managing ODCs, invoices, and reconciliation within the Advertmind system.
- Coordinate with major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, Programmatic, and Pay TV to ensure timely billing and collection.
- Generate and deliver global reports and proof of execution (witnesses) to clients.
- Streamline closing processes for the finance department to ensure timely client invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- 6 to 12 months of experience working within media agencies.
- Solid knowledge of both On-line and Off-line media.
- Proficiency in using Advertmind.
- Understanding of administrative processes within a media agency environment.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
