About the role

Responsibilities

  • Produce highly engaging video, print, and social media designs, including motion graphics and branding, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design, illustrate, and animate world-class digital and print graphics, 2D/3D animations, and kinetic typography.
  • Uphold and refine brand identity across all touchpoints through well-executed design systems and scalable templates.
  • Translate complex strategic objectives and data into compelling visual narratives and consumer-centric storytelling.
  • Interface with executives and company leaders to translate complex topics into visual designs for events and presentations.
  • Create storyboards and animatics to scope animation projects and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a detailed library of content and assets and stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience in an agency, in-house team, or post-production studio focusing on videography, editing, or motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder).
  • Expertise in the entire video post-production process, including color correction, audio sweetening, and compositing.
  • Experience with 3D programs such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory.
  • A professional portfolio of work demonstrating relevant design and animation skills.
  • Ability to lift and transport audio equipment up to 60 lbs and travel up to 25% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Avid Pro Tools.
  • Experience with rigging plugins such as Duik Bassel, Limber, or Rubberhose.
  • Knowledge of digital environment projection and photogrammetry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV Production, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
