About the role

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Execute structured A/B tests on hooks, copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with creative, funnel, and product teams to align messaging and creative direction
  • Translate funnel objectives into actionable creative briefs and performance-driven ad concepts
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across pixels, Conversions API, and GA4
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance insights
  • Act as a feedback engine for creative teams to identify winning angles

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and campaign structures
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and AI-driven tools
  • Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ads and funnels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced tracking setups such as Conversions API and GA4
  • Portfolio of AI-driven campaign improvements
