About the role
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Execute structured A/B tests on hooks, copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Collaborate with creative, funnel, and product teams to align messaging and creative direction
- Translate funnel objectives into actionable creative briefs and performance-driven ad concepts
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across pixels, Conversions API, and GA4
- Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance insights
- Act as a feedback engine for creative teams to identify winning angles
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and campaign structures
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and AI-driven tools
- Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ads and funnels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced tracking setups such as Conversions API and GA4
- Portfolio of AI-driven campaign improvements
