Media Buyer : Meta Ads

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for D2C and eCommerce brands
• Own end-to-end campaign management including audience research, media planning, and creative strategy
• Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CAC, MER, and profitability
• Develop and test audience strategies, creatives, bidding methods, and campaign structures
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations
• Collaborate with creative, design, content, and tech teams to improve ad performance
• Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Events Manager
• Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and funnel performance
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
• Mentor junior media buyers and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C and eCommerce brands
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and CAPI
• Experience managing high monthly advertising budgets
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and LTV
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and attribution tools
• Ability to develop creative testing frameworks and conversion optimization strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
