Media Buyer Meta Ads

Responsibilities

• Manage a mid-six-figure monthly advertising budget
• Develop, implement, and scale paid advertisements on Meta and Google platforms
• Perform continuous monitoring and performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and tracking dashboards
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and funnel strategists
• Handle budget planning, forecasting, and continuous ROAS optimization
• Create performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in performance marketing (please include references or case studies)
• Expert knowledge of Meta Ads and proficiency in at least one other advertising network
• Experience with tracking and attribution tools (e.g., UTM parameters, Meta CAPI, Google Tag Manager, Hyros, or Triple Whale)
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels, and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with a high degree of personal responsibility and goal-oriented work style
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, Asana, Notion, or ClickUp

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the B2B, high-ticket, or coaching sectors
