Media Billing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage media and non-media billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Submit and distribute billing documents to client portals or via email
• Maintain client finance folders including POs, invoices, and media plans
• Track financial status, POs, and budget controls
• Create and maintain billable jobs and manage WIP balances
• Conduct regular review meetings with account teams to resolve billing queries
• Complete month-end reporting including unbilled media and WIP commentary
• Coordinate and escalate payable and receivable queries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
• 2-5 years of experience in media finance, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Mediaocean (DDS)
