About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the media planner roadmap for Taiwan Luxe and manage the media team to enhance productivity and quality
- Develop comprehensive annual and campaign media plans, including media mix recommendations and optimization roadmaps for all Luxe brands
- Plan marketing budgets and regularly report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Partner closely with brand teams to identify media pain points and implement strategic solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure synergy across EC performance media, PR, and social community channels
- Manage relationships with multiple media agencies, adtech platforms, and publishers while ensuring adherence to L’Oréal standards
- Identify local tech tools and innovative media activations to pioneer advanced consumer engagement and omnichannel synergies
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in media
- Strong knowledge of digital precision media activation, including Google Marketing Platform, DMP, DSP, programmatic buying, and audience segments
- Deep understanding of digital media KPIs such as CPV, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a small team
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage significant marketing budgets
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking both strategically and tactically
