About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns focused on performance and revenue generation for e-commerce
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels
- Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion, and revenue
- Develop result analyses and present strategic recommendations based on data
- Manage media investments to ensure efficient budget allocation
- Conduct A/B testing, audience analysis, and creative/journey optimization
- Prepare reports and executive presentations with insights
- Collaborate with CRM, E-commerce, BI, and Content teams
Requirements
- Solid experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience with performance media for e-commerce
- Knowledge of acquisition, remarketing, and conversion funnel strategies
- Experience analyzing performance indicators and data-driven optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Analytical, organized, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retail Media platforms
- Knowledge of Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns
- Experience with incrementality testing and attribution models
- Experience with automation tools and dashboards
