Media Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid media channels including search, social, display, video, and CTV
• Partner with the analytics team to develop and update recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, frequency, engagement, conversions, ROAS, and ROI
• Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities within campaign and customer data
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of campaign data across various platforms
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
• Support data integration efforts between media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics environments
• Contribute to forecasting, budget allocation, and performance modeling exercises

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing, or advertising research
• Experience working in an advertising agency or a relevant brand environment
• Familiarity with media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, or The Trade Desk
• Understanding of attribution methodologies, customer journey analysis, and media measurement frameworks
